Hello! My name is Shania Villarreal and my son, Malaki, and I have been at Growing Together Preschool for 2 years now. Before my son started at GTP, his language and cognitive skills were scoring at a 9-month-old level, and we also found out he had autism. My husband and I were defeated and didn’t know what to do to help him improve and be the best we knew he could be. I found out about GTP and immediately applied because the center was praised for being inclusive to children, as well as staff, and for having therapists come to the center. Malaki has grown miraculously in each classroom he has been in. Through the care of amazing teachers and therapists, Malaki can now talk and communicate his needs and is even making friends in his classroom! He is toilet training and loves building a train with the large Lego set. I will always be tremendously grateful for all the fantastic staff at GTP for welcoming us into their little family with open arms, and with helping Malaki be who we always knew he could be.
